The wooden barrel on this pen is layers of blue dyed wood with a green layer down the middle,  This is turned a lathe, sanded and buffed, then finished with acrylic finish that is rock hard, gives an ultra shiny finish that makes the wood grain detail pop, won't mar, won't scratch, won't yellow, cleans like glass and will last forever

The body is finished in a combination of 24Kt gold and gun metal. 

This is twist to open pen by turning the cap on top.

The pen is 5-1/4 inch long by by just a little over 1/2 inch in diameter,
